Limited warranty credit is based on the inspection of parts upon their return to Detroit Radiant.  Parts showing excessive wear or abuse will not receive warranty credit.  Parts deemed not defective will be returned, freight collect, to the customer and no credit will be issued.

For limited warranty claims on Dayton products, contact Detroit Radiant Products Company at 800-222-1100.
Dayton customers must return the defective part(s) for replacement or provide a credit card to have parts sent prior to defective parts being returned to Detroit Radiant. All defective parts must be returned to Detroit Radiant Products. Customers who have provided a credit card number will only be charged if parts returned are found to be non-defective. Non-defective parts will be returned to the customer, freight collect.

Return of finished Dayton products must be authorized by W.W. Grainger and returned to W.W.Grainger.
